Easily bulk import NEW ENTRIES into Sortly Pro via CSV using our handy import templates.
Importing your inventory in bulk will save you valuable time and effort if you already have your inventory organized in Excel, Numbers, Google sheets or another type of spreadsheet.
Note: You cannot use the CSV import feature to update any existing items in your system.
Please follow the steps below to import your data in Sortly Pro.
STEP 2 - Download the Sortly Pro import template (BASIC or EXPERT OPTION)
Suggestion: If you are a new user and are not familiar with the Sortly Pro import process we recommend starting off the with BASIC template.
STEP 3 - Add your data into the template
1. The templates are dynamic and it will always reflect the fields you currently have in the Sortly Pro. So create all the fields you need within the Sortly Pro system before you download the template.
2. Please view the SAMPLE or HELP tabs in the template if you are unsure of what data to enter in each field.
3. Please do NOT change the column names or add new columns or change order.
4. If you don't see the columns you need, please add custom fields within the Sortly Pro system first and then re-download the template
STEP 4 - Save template as CSV
STEP 5 - Import CSV into Sortly Pro
